GUARANTEE
Prickley Pear Kennels guarantees that the above described dog/puppy is a purebred Dachshund with AKC or CKC
registration papers. All future liabilities and veterinarian bills will be the Buyers responsibility.
Prickley Pear Kennels guarantee does not cover any liability for injury, or illness caused by hypoglycemia, parasites
internal or external, ring worm, coccidiosis, guardia, hepatitis or mites of any kind after leaving the breeders care.
The puppy has been wormed and vaccinated in accordance to its age.
Prickley Pear Kennels also guarantees this puppy to be free of life threatening Genetic Defects
until the puppy reaches 6 months of age. Buyer agrees to have above said puppy/dog examined by a licensed
veterinarian within (3) three days after the dog/puppy leaves the breeder's care. The buyer has (2) two business days
to notify the breeder of the licensed veterinarian's findings in writing. Failure to do so will void this agreement and it's
guarantee. If the dog/puppy is found to have a fatal or severe life-altering genetic defect by the age of six months
that is diagnosed by a licensed veterinarian that would prevent the dog/puppy from being a good pet/companion and
is detrimental to the dog/puppy's life, then the breeder will replace the dog/puppy with another dog/puppy of the same
color, sex, and value. If the buyer refuses a replacement of the dog/puppy then this agreement and its guarantee are
void. The buyer understands that the breeder offers NO cash refund and under no circumstances will refunds be
made in lieu of a replacement. The buyer is responsible for all expenses in the return of the dog/puppy and under no
circumstances will the breeder replace the above dog/puppy of the breeder has not been advised of its illness with in
the time allotted above or if the dog/puppy is given away or put to sleep.
Prickley Pear Kennels can not guarantee against size, weight, hair coat, skin conditions including Demodex mange or
alopecia in dilute colors, temperament, conformation or train ability of above said dog/puppy. Many things can
influence growth and development of a dog/puppy. The buyer agrees to keep said dog/puppy on a good diet and
exercise plan. Buyer agrees to keep dog/puppy in a good safe and suitable area for it's entire life
Prickley Pear Kennels has done everything possible to produce healthy sound Dachshund dogs and puppies by
breeding only those that are free of illness and genetic disorders.
PRICKLEY PEAR KENNELS IS TO BE NOTIFIED IMMEDIATELY IF FOR ANY REASON THE PUPPY IS NO LONGER
WANTED OR CAN NO LONGER BE CARED FOR, THE PUPPY WILL BE RETURNED TO PRICKLEY PEAR KENNELS
AT WHICH TIME A LOVING HOME WILL BE FOUND. THE PUPPY WILL NOT BE RE-SOLD. NO REFUND WILL BE
GRANTED. WE WANT TO MAKE SURE THE PUPPY IS NOT ABANDONED OR PLACED IN A SHELTER. BUYER WILL
BE RESPONSIBLE FOR SHIPPING COSTS
